About Nancy Lin
Nancy Lin is an explorer; a person who looks at the world with an intense curiosity. In her years of experience she has demonstrated an ability to discern the essence of an issue and find the common ground among a wide range of viewpoints. Through her business radio show and her consulting practice, she offers her clients and her listening audience innovative thinking about future trends, as well as practical solutions to the challenges all of us face on an everyday basis.
In addition to her business show, Nancy works as an executive coach, a business consultant at Change Agent SF, which helps leaders to transform the way they look at their business and leadership. Nancy brings to her practice a strong understanding of business, having worked in marketing for Yahoo, DHL, Johnson & Johnson and Pepsi in the US and international markets and driven strong growth with innovative business strategies. She has an MBA from The Thunderbird School of Global Management.
She is also a motivational speaker. She has spoken at Google, Visa and HP events. Previously, Nancy had worked in rural Tanzania with impoverished farmers and created training programs to help improve food sufficiency. She also worked as a volunteer in Mexico, helping to fundraise and expand a school dedicated to advanced midwifery training for young indigenous women. Nancy helped bring on the first corporate sponsor and the first Mexican foundation to reduce the school’s dependency on international funding.
